Your Role:

• Moderate content (texts, images, videos) in Dutch, ensuring it meets our community standards and legal guidelines.
• Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech, abusive language, explicit material, and spam, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Make quick, fair, and consistent decisions to safeguard our platform’s integrity and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex issues and continuously improve the moderation process.
• Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with the latest online trends, challenges in content moderation, and digital safety practices.
• Deliver
  - quality work while hitting performance goals and upholding the integrity of the platform.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
• Strong command of English for communication with team members and leadership.
• Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to make swift, accurate decisions in a
  - pressure environment.
• Great organizational skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Understanding of online safety, community guidelines, and digital security.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
• A proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to creating a safer online space.
