Mercier Consultancy is actively seeking a Dutch Speaking Content Moderator to join our Social Media team! This position offers a competitive salary of 2000 euros per month. As a moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing
- generated content on various social media platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, and fostering a positive environment for our Dutch-speaking users. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate
  - generated content in Dutch to ensure it fits established community standards.
• Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content promptly, taking appropriate action to protect community integrity.
• Engage with users by responding to questions, comments, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner.
• Document moderation actions and prepare reports on user interactions and content trends.
• Collaborate with fellow moderators to refine moderation processes and share best practices.
• Stay

  - date with the latest trends and developments in social media and content moderation.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to effectively evaluate content.

• Cultural sensitivity and
