We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Advisors to join our dedicated,
- site team in Porto. You will be contributing to an innovative project for a globally recognized social media platform. While we cannot share the specific name, you will be working with a brand that connects millions worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional digital support as the primary point of contact for users, providing assistance exclusively through email and chat channels.
- Becoming a platform expert by quickly understanding the project’s platform features, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to users.
- Skillful troubleshooting: diagnose issues and guide users through resolution steps; escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams to ensure queries are resolved.
- Meticulous documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system to track issues and inform improvements.
- Identify trends and insights from customer feedback to support continuous service improvement and platform enhancement.
- Collaborate with team members and other internal departments to ensure smooth handovers and a cohesive customer experience.
- Drive customer satisfaction by meeting and aiming to exceed predefined SLAs and satisfaction targets.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with new features, service updates, and support processes.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional Dutch language skills (C2 level) with impeccable written communication for email and chat support.
- Proficient English (B2 level) for internal communication, training, and collaboration within a multicultural team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding experiences.
- Strong
- solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to tackle challenges effectively. - Adaptable & collaborative, comfortable working independently and as part of a dynamic team in a
- paced environment. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility regarding shifts, with specifics discussed during the interview process.
- Prior experience in customer service or digital support is valued but not required; motivated learners are welcome.
- Legal work documents: candidates must possess valid documents allowing them to live and work in the European Union/Portugal.
