Responsibilities
- Provide multi‑channel support (phone, email, chat) to customers in the Dutch market.
- Answer questions related to product features, troubleshooting, warranties, and repairs for small household appliances.
- Log all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the company database.
- Escalate complex technical issues to specialized teams when necessary.
- Strive to achieve first‑contact resolution for customer issues whenever possible.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new appliance models and company policies.
Qualifications
- Language Proficiency:
- Native or fluent Dutch (C2 level) is essential.
- Good working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) to communicate internally within the international team.
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort with technology and the ability to explain technical troubleshooting steps clearly.
Competitive Advantages
- Prior professional experience in a customer service, call center, or technical support role is a plus, but not mandatory. Full training will be provided!
- Familiarity with CRM software (e. g. , Salesforce, Zendesk).
Working model and shifts
- Location: On‑site in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday, including Portuguese bank holidays.
- Working hours: Shifts will fall within the hours of 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Portuguese time).
- Days off: You will receive two days off per week: Sunday and one rotational day during the week.
- Equipment: All necessary work equipment will be provided by the company.
