Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)

Contract Type: Full-Time, 40h/week (Rotational shifts)

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear and structured case documentation in internal systems.
• Follow company guidelines and meet service level targets.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when required.

Requirements

• Native or C2 level in Dutch.
• B1/B2 level in English (for internal communication).
• Strong communication and customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lisbon.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.

Salary

• 1, 253 gross/month x 14 months
