Your Role: What You'll Do
As a Remote Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will:Provide friendly and efficient support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Help users troubleshoot technical problems related to devices, apps, settings, and performance
Guide customers through

Answer questions about warranties, repairs, account settings, purchases , and more
Log, categorize, and escalate issues when needed, while maintaining data accuracy and compliance

We are looking for someone who is:Fluent in Dutch (C1 level or higher) with good English skills (B2 level minimum)Legally residing in Portugal or willing to relocate (visa/work permit assistance not provided)Passionate about customer support and capable of handling
