What You’ll Do

• Deliver customer service excellence by assisting SMB clients with their advertising and digital tools.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales support for self‑service advertising products.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify trends, and offer tailored solutions.
• Share valuable customer feedback and insights with product and engineering teams.
• Expand and support the self‑serve advertising base to improve customer experience and business growth.
