Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure

Requirements

• Fluent/Native Dutch speaker (C2)
• Good communication in English (B1/B2) for internal use
• Customer-oriented mindset with
  - solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Eligible to work in Portugal (EU passport or valid work permit)
