Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a vacancy for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent at MCP. In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with

Responsibilities
- Support Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and assisting them with
- related questions. - Deliver prompt and accurate information about products, services, and account management while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Record and document interactions in the CRM system to track customer feedback and service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve overall customer service.
- Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and updates to better assist customers.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within retail or related sectors.
- Strong communication skills and a
- focused mindset. - Ability to manage stressful situations and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
