Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent in our Aviation Department. In this specialized role, you will have the opportunity to assist Dutch-speaking clients with a variety of inquiries related to our aviation services. Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers by responding to inquiries regarding aviation services via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide comprehensive information about flight options, ticketing procedures, and travel arrangements.
• Help customers manage bookings, cancellations, and changes with attention to detail.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain thorough records for reference.
• Collaborate with the aviation team to address any operational issues impacting customer service.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to provide informed assistance.
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the aviation sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, committed to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer service technology and
  - related software.
• A genuine interest in aviation and a good understanding of industry terminology.
• Capable of working effectively in a dynamic and sometimes
  - paced environment.
