Mercier Consultancy is excited to welcome a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to our Financial Services team! In this key role, you will provide exceptional service and support to our Dutch-speaking clients, helping them navigate their inquiries about financial products and services. Your focus will be on delivering accurate information and resolving issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch regarding financial services by phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide detailed information about various financial products, account options, and policies.
3. Assist customers with their financial transactions and troubleshoot any problems they encounter.
4. Document interactions with clients and maintain accurate records within our systems.
5. Collaborate with the financial services team to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Stay updated on financial regulations and new product offerings to ensure informed customer support.
7. Gather customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Minimum Requirements

1. Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
2. Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the financial sector, is preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills and a
   - centric mindset.
4. Strong
   - solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Familiarity with financial products and services is a significant advantage.
6. Proficient in using customer service software and other relevant tools.
7. A strong team player with the ability to work independently in a
   - paced environment.
