Assist clients in managing their advertising accounts
Deliver

Improve customer experience through product and tool support
Analyze trends and troubleshoot issues affecting multiple clients
Share feedback and insights with the engineering team
Candidate profile
Strong communication and
- solving skills
Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Team player with a proactive attitude
Comfortable working in a
- paced,
- driven environment
Previous customer service experience preferred
Fluency in English and other European languages is a plus
Interest in digital marketing and online advertising
