Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for our Airline Reservations Department, located in Lisbon. In this role, you will support Dutch-speaking customers with airline bookings, inquiries about flights, fares, and travel policies. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch for airline reservation inquiries.
• Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling flights.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and airline policies.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Document interactions accurately to maintain effective support records.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries smoothly.
• Stay informed about airline products and industry trends to assist clients effectively.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the airline or travel industry, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
• Familiarity with reservation systems or customer service software is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong
  - solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
