Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking services, account management, and financial products via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
• Assist customers in navigating online banking platforms and services
• Handle transactional inquiries, account issues, and secure customer interactions with care
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Promote and explain banking products and services or recommend suitable financial solutions
• Collaborate with banking teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary
• Stay informed about banking regulations and policies to provide reliable assistance

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is highly preferred
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial services sector, is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with a
  - centric approach
• Ability to work with sensitive financial information while maintaining confidentiality
• Excellent
  - solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend shifts as needed
