Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is excited to recruit a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for our Fashion & Apparel Department. In this stylish role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our range of fashion products and apparel. Your key responsibilities will include guiding customers through their shopping experience, addressing questions about product details, sizing, and order issues. If you have a flair for fashion, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to fashion and apparel.
• Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and returns.
• Provide detailed information about product features, styles, and sizing.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately for
  - keeping and
  - up.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and new product launches to provide informed assistance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in fashion retail is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A genuine interest in fashion and knowledge of current trends.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with customer service software or retail systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
