Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding financial products and services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
• Assist customers with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting issues
• Provide detailed information about financial regulations, service features, and promotional offers
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer needs
• Stay updated on financial industry trends and company offerings to provide insightful information

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English and Portuguese is a plus
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the finance industry
• Strong communication skills and a

• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
