Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent in our Grocery Delivery Services Department based in Lisbon. In this vital role, you will support Dutch-speaking customers with their grocery delivery needs. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, troubleshooting order issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch for grocery delivery inquiries and issues.
• Assist customers with placing orders, modifying deliveries, and addressing concerns.
• Provide information about products, promotions, and delivery schedules to enhance satisfaction.
• Resolve complaints effectively and follow up on customer issues promptly.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality and improvement.
• Build strong relationships with customers through attentive service.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in grocery or delivery sectors.
• Strong communication skills and a
  - first approach.
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment and handle multiple inquiries.
• Familiarity with customer service software and order management systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong
  - solving skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
