Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative in the retail industry, based in Lisbon. This role focuses on assisting customers with queries related to retail products and services and ensuring a
- quality shopping experience through effective communication in Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding retail products, availability, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch
• Provide exceptional support throughout the shopping experience, including assistance with order processing, refunds, and exchanges
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference
• Collaborate with other departments to offer seamless customer support
• Stay informed about new products and services to provide customers with

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition when dealing with customers
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM systems
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary
