Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for the Travel Industry to be based in Lisbon. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries regarding flights, accommodations, and travel itineraries, as well as handling any changes or cancellations seamlessly. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch for travelers inquiring about their bookings and
  - related questions.
• Assist customers with making, modifying, or canceling reservations for flights and accommodations.
• Provide detailed information about travel options, destinations, and travel policies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
• Document customer inquiries and feedback for continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with travel partners to ensure timely and correct information is communicated to clients.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, booking platforms, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a
  - paced environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems or customer service platforms is advantageous.
