Support customer service, content moderation, technical support, and sales candidates and clients across Europe.

Position: Dutch Customer Service in Lisbon, Portugal

If you speak fluent Dutch and want to experience a new country, now is your opportunity to live and work in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will work as a customer service agent for a major brand and enjoy all that Portugal has to offer.

Salary and Benefits:

• €1100 per month, paid 14 times a year
• €200 guaranteed bonus per month
• Daily meal allowance of €7. 23
• Travel allowance of €20 per month

Relocation options:

• Apartment for relocating employees costing €280 per month, including all bills
• Reimbursement of airfare after 6 months of employment
• 6-month contract with the possibility of extension

Working Hours:

• Rotational shifts from 8am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with
  - sales, general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch (C2 level) and B2 level English
• Legal right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
