- Engage with Dutch‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide accurate information and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Record and manage customer interactions in our systems accurately.
- Participate in training sessions to continually improve your knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is the most important.
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology in your work.
