What the job is about

In this role you will:

• Provide
  - site customer support via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking business clients.
• Assist with campaign setup, troubleshooting, optimisation and platform navigation.
• Advise clients on features, billing matters, digital metrics and ad performance.
• Track and document support cases in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely
  - up.
• Identify trends and recurring issues, escalating technical cases to specialist teams when needed.
• Work closely with internal digital marketing and product teams to deliver consistent,
  - quality service.

Requirements

• Speaks Dutch fluently (C1+) and has good English (B2+).
• Has previous experience in customer service, ideally in digital marketing, advertising or technical support.
• Understands digital‑marketing concepts (clicks, impressions, CTR, campaign set‑ups training provided).
• Is confident using online platforms, dashboards and multiple digital tools.
• Is organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple queries at once.
• Can work fully on‑site and enjoys being part of a team environment.
