Work as a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent for a
- known and popular phone brand! This position offers the possibility to work from home in the Lisbon area.

Responsibilities

• Placing orders and
  - selling/up-selling when appropriate
• Handling inquiries about standard and customized products/services
• Locating products at company stores and authorized dealers
• Collecting and providing feedback on products, websites, and advertising
• Checking order status, setting up returns, and managing refunds
• Handling claims and tracking their status
• Managing consumer complaints at authorized retailers
• Addressing inquiries related to sponsorship and corporate responsibility
• Providing technical support for app users
• Scheduling callbacks and outbound calls when necessary
• Responding to other customer inquiries as needed

Requirements

• Native Dutch speaker with
  - fluent English (written and oral)
• Experience in customer service/technical support or related fields
• Ability to handle detailed information and adapt to ambiguity
• Strong comprehension and active reading skills
• Positive attitude, optimism, and adaptability
• Interest in consumer electronics and staying current with industry trends
• Strong organizational skills
• Proven success in sales and/or customer service
