Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent for our Mobile Banking Services Department, based in the vibrant city of Lisbon. Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding mobile banking services.
- Assist users with account management, transaction inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Provide information about various banking products, features, and security practices.
- Document customer interactions accurately to aid in quality assurance and service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex banking issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on banking regulations and product updates to provide accurate assistance.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to the enhancement of our services.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in banking or financial services, is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Familiarity with banking software and customer service tools is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
