Job Description:

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Subscription-Based Services Department. In this crucial position, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding subscription services, account management, and any technical issues they may face. Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding subscription services.
2. Assist users with account setups, billing inquiries, and subscription modifications.
3. Provide detailed information about service features, promotions, and troubleshooting assistance.
4. Accurately document customer interactions to help identify service improvement opportunities.
5. Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
6. Remain informed about updates in subscription services and industry trends.
7. Collect feedback from customers to improve the overall user experience.

Qualifications

1. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
2. Previous experience in customer support, particularly with
