About the Role

We are seeking Dutch-speaking team members to support a major European
- commerce platform. Whether you are already in Portugal or planning to relocate, we will assist you every step of the way. As a Customer Support Representative, you will help customers with their online shopping experience, resolving inquiries and guiding them on orders to ensure a smooth journey. This fully remote position offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and an international working environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat in a helpful, friendly, and professional manner
• Answer questions about orders, deliveries, returns, payments, and account settings
• Handle complaints with patience and care, aiming for the best outcome
• Use internal tools to document interactions and follow up as needed
• Participate in paid training to ensure your success

What You Bring

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
• Fluent English (at least B1 level) for internal communication
• Currently residing in Portugal or ready to relocate (EU citizenship required)
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends
• Proactive, independent work style and strong communication skills
• Friendly,
  - oriented mindset and enjoyment in helping people
