The Role

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you'll help small and
- sized businesses in the Netherlands grow by building strong relationships and offering smart, effective advertising guidance.

Your Responsibilities

- Reach out to new and existing clients via phone and email

- Manage a portfolio of small business customers in the Dutch market

- Understand their goals and challenges, and provide tailored advertising strategies

- Present solutions clearly, handle objections, and close deals

- Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest improvements

- Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and tools

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience

What We're Looking For

- Native-level Dutch and fluent English (C1/C2)

- At least

3 years

of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or digital marketing

- Strong communication and
- building skills

- A consultative mindset with the ability to turn insights into action

- Proactive, organized, and
- oriented

- Comfortable working in a
- paced,
- driven environment

The Offer

- Base salary: € per month

- Performance bonuses:

Average monthly bonus: 300€

Quarterly bonus for top performers: up to 2, 000€
