Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and effective solutions.
• Assist with product‑related questions, technical troubleshooting, and order management.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and personalized support.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C1‑C2 level).
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• No prior experience required – entry‑level candidates are welcome!
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lisbon.
