Your responsibilities as a Social Media Sales and Marketing Advisor will include:

• Building relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email
• Identifying sales opportunities
• Acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) segment
• Providing consultative solutions to meet clients' business goals
• Offering tailored recommendations based on client objectives
• Gathering feedback on advertising products for continuous improvement

Skills, qualifications, and interests required:

• Native Dutch speaker with a good command of English (at least B2)
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree
• Background in sales or marketing
• Interest or understanding of online marketing products
• Strategic thinking abilities
• Drive for excellence and professionalism
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Team player willing to work with diverse nationalities
• Portuguese residence permit or EU citizenship

What’s in it for you?

• Fixed-term contract for one year, renewable annually
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (40 hours/week)

• Salary options:
• Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1040 gross/month
• Without accommodation: €298 gross/month
• Reimbursement of initial flight costs for international applicants
• Assistance with paperwork, bank account setup, etc. , upon arrival
• Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
