Your responsibilities and impact as Payment Specialist will be:

Backoffice is the core of the role.

Interaction with payment partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, loan, and leasing.

Processing
- related queries concerning payments, refunds, VAT-related changes, amending and
- printing invoices, raising credit/debit memos, and reconciliation.

Liaison and key support role for Sales, Sales Support, Finance on daily operational issues, problem escalation, and resolution.

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native Dutch speaker with a fluent level of English.

Strong communication skills, team player,
- focused, and maintaining a professional attitude.

Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Ability to work in an
- sensitive environment.

Flexibility is required as this job is directly related to order volume and may occasionally involve overtime work.

Highly motivated and organized with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Experience in SAP and MS Excel is an advantage.

Working hours:
- time (40h/week)

Availability to work between 7 am - 12 am, Monday to Sunday, on a rotational schedule, with one hour for lunch/dinner.

Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:

- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month.

- For international candidates: reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 3 months.

Assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. , upon your arrival.
