Your responsibilities and impact as Payment Specialist will be:

1. Backoffice is the core of the role.
2. Interaction with payment partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, loan, and leasing.
3. Processing
   - related queries concerning payments, refunds, VAT changes, amending and
   - printing invoices, raising credit/debit memos, and reconciliation.
4. Liaison and key support role for Sales, Sales Support, and Finance on daily operational issues, problem escalation, and resolution.

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed in this role:

1. Native Dutch speaker with a fluent level of English.
2. Strong communication skills, team player,
   - focused, and maintaining a professional attitude.
3. Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
4. Ability to work in an
   - sensitive environment.
5. Flexibility is required due to order volume, with occasional overtime work.
6. Highly motivated and organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
7. Experience in SAP and MS Excel is an advantage.

What’s in it for you?

   - term contract, renewable annually.
2. Working hours:
   - time (40h/week).
3. Availability to work between 7 am - 00:00 on a rotational schedule, Monday to Sunday, with 8 hours a day plus one hour for lunch/dinner.

Salary options (*) – 2 choices:

1. Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month.
2. Excluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/month.

For international candidates:

1. Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months.
2. Assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. , upon arrival.
3. Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.

(*) Compensation during the 10-day training period: 42. 72 euros per day.
