We are hiring Dutch-speaking Social Media Customer Advisors to join an international company in Porto, Portugal.

Job Details
- Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 19:00 (2 rotating days off)
- Contract: Full-time, stable project
- Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via social media (chat, comments, email)
- Manage inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain brand tone and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex topics when needed
- Work according to KPIs and quality guidelines
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with platform rules
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (C1+)
- Good English (B1+)
- Experience in Customer Service, Social Media, Digital Support, or Community Management is an advantage
- Strong communication &
- solving skills - Available to work rotating schedules
- EU passport or Portuguese residency
