Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Dutch Speaking Support Specialist to join our Online Travel Agency team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with
- notch support and assistance related to their travel bookings and inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include answering customer questions about travel options, resolving issues, and guiding clients through our online platform. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy helping people plan their travel experiences, we would love to have you on board!

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and related services.
