- You are fluent in Dutch. - You have excellent communication skills in English (B2). - You understand customer needs and can provide them with solutions. - Strong communication and active listening skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize. - Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus, but not required. **Your Responsibilities**:
