We're seeking a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join a dynamic team supporting users of a global domestic‑appliances brand. What the job is about
- Provide
- line technical support via phone, email or chat to Dutch-speaking customers using home appliances guiding them to resolve issues quickly and effectively. - Diagnose problems related to appliance operation, functionality, and maintenance offering clear troubleshooting instructions or escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist customers with setup questions, usage guidance, maintenance advice, warranty and after‑sales inquiries to ensure smooth product experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM/system logging issues, resolutions, and follow‑ups.
- Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to track recurring issues, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Is fluent in Dutch (C1+) and has strong English skills for internal communication.
- Has a technical mindset and enjoys working with appliances, electronics or in similar technical support roles.
- Possesses excellent communication skills clear, patient, customer‑oriented, able to explain complex information simply.
- Is comfortable using computers, CRM software, and multichannel support tools.
- Is
- oriented and able to document issues/resolutions accurately. - Is flexible, dependable, and able to work remote hours across different time zones if needed.
