Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers by responding to inbound requests and documenting relevant case information.
- Assist users with pre‑sales, general inquiries and technical support issues via phone, email and social media channels.
- Adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on private (phone/email/chat) and public (social forums, e‑commerce reviews) channels.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through responses that are appropriate and friendly.
- Work in a multicultural environment alongside a diverse team.
Qualifications
- Native Dutch speaker with good level of English.
- Looking for a job opportunity abroad.
- Motivated and committed to work.
- No trouble with writing in Dutch.
- Team player willing to work with many nationalities.
- Sales or commercial background a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery a plus.
Benefits
- CDI contract, 3‑month trial period.
- Working hours: 40 h/week, 5 days/week, Monday to Saturday (rotating shifts) 7 am‑7 pm.
- Package in line with the market: €1 100 gross/month x 14 months + up to €100/month bonus + meal vouchers €7. 23/workday + reimbursement of some transportation cost + private health insurance and dental plan after six months.
- If you live outside Portugal: reimbursement (up to €400) of initial flight ticket after 6 months and 12 months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rent fee to pay).
