Role Overview
As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide technical assistance to users of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. Your main goal is to ensure minimal downtime and a seamless customer experience by performing troubleshooting, escalating cases when needed, and documenting all findings accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding EV charger functionality and connectivity.
 - Perform initial diagnostics and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
 - Escalate complex issues to
- level support or field service teams. - Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system.
 - Contribute to trend analysis and product improvements.
 
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in Dutch and good command of English.
 - Experience in
- facing technical support, preferably in a call center or IT/e
Mobility environment. - Basic knowledge of IT, Io
T, or electrical systems. - Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
 - Residence in the Lisbon area.
