? Your Tasks

• ? Respond to support questions via email & chat
• ? Follow clear guidelines (SOPs) to solve issues or escalate when needed
• ⏱ Stay on track with service level goals & quality standards
• ? Join training sessions & reviews to keep growing and improving

✅ What We’re Looking For

• ? Dutch: C2 level (native-like fluency)
• ? English: B2 level (comfortable communication)
• ? Excellent writing skills
• ? Experience handling chats & support tickets
• ? Bonus if you've worked in a contact center or service team (especially for ad tech!)
• ? Familiar with social media and digital ads
• ? Great at solving problems & understanding complex issues
• ? Flexible and adaptable in a
  - moving environment
• ? Product support experience is a big plus!
