Role Description

As a Tech Product Support Specialist, you'll assist users worldwide with innovative tech tools, providing fast, friendly, and
- quality support.

Your Tasks

• Respond to support questions via email & chat
• Follow SOPs to resolve issues or escalate when necessary
• Maintain service level goals & quality standards
• Participate in training sessions & reviews for continuous growth

What We’re Looking For

• Native-like fluency in Dutch (C2 level)
• English proficiency (B2 level)
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience with chats & support tickets
• Contact center or service team experience (bonus)
• Familiarity with social media & digital ads
• Strong
  - solving skills
• Adaptability in a
  - paced environment
• Product support experience (a plus)
