Key Responsibilities

• Offer tech support via phone and email for domestic appliance clients.
• Conduct initial diagnostics and troubleshooting with 60 available processes.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments.
• Enhance client satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and using resources like You
  Tube tutorials.
• Handle minor repairs,
  - up on orders, and address complaints.
• Utilize three software programs for the support process.
• Cross-sell products as needed.

• Near native level of Dutch.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience in customer service or tech support (preferred).
• Strong communication skills (phone and email).
• Ability to handle and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with software programs.
• Cross-selling skills are a plus.

• Salary Range: 1250€-1400€ (incl. 14 salaries) + performance bonus

- Meal allowance: €7. 63 net/day

- Transport allowance: €20/month

- 100€/month fixed bonus

- 100€/month performance bonus
