- Manage requests, bugs, and troubleshooting cases via phone and email.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams for reports and product improvements.
Train clients on product functionalities and technical tools.
Qualifications
- Native Dutch and fluent English (B2)
- Previous experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
