Role Overview:

As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you'll review

• Enforce moderation standards fairly across all content types
• Handle user appeals with clarity and professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet compliance requirements
• Monitor user behavior to spot and mitigate potential risks

• Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B1 level)
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
• At least one year of experience in customer support
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
