Your Mission:

As Duty Manager, you will be the face of operational leadership during your shift, ensuring that every guest receives impeccable service and a truly personalized experience. You will act as a representative of the Executive Management Team, coordinating departments, solving challenges, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in luxury hospitality (minimum 2 years in operational roles, preferably in 5-star or Forbes-rated properties).

- Solid knowledge of Opera PMS (Property Management System) and other relevant hotel software.

- Strong leadership, communication, and
- solving skills.

- Deep understanding of the expectations of

- worth individuals and global travelers.

- Fluent in English and German (Portuguese conversational level is a plus).

- Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business Administration (preferred).

- Availability for rotating shifts (09:00–18:00 and 15:30–00:00).

- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and attention to detail.
