We are looking for a

CRM Consultant

with experience in

Dynamics 365

to join a team on strategic projects that optimize business operations and deliver
- value digital solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM projects;
  
  
  
  
• Solid knowledge of various modules of the Dynamics 365 platform;
  
  
  
  
• Practical experience in customizing Dynamics 365 (attributes, views, forms);
  
  
  
  
• Proven experience in complex projects, including integrations and use of the Power Platform;
  
  
  
  
• Ability to lead functional initiatives and interact independently with stakeholders;
  
  
  
  
• Fluent in advanced English, spoken and written;
  
  
  
  
• Excellent communication,
  - oriented, and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized Dynamics 365 solutions that meet business needs;
  
  
  
  
• Produce clearand complete functional specifications;
  
  
  
  
• Analyze and map business processes to identify opportunities for improvement;
  
  
  
  
• Customize andconfigure Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows);
  
  
  
  
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance processes;
  
  
  
  
• Prepare test plans, user guides, and training materials;
  
  
  
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, leading functional initiatives independently.
