What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to client needs.
• Implement integrations and workflows to optimize CRM functionalities.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance and reliability.
• Lead and contribute to CRM solution initiatives, driving projects from design to delivery.
• Develop custom . NET extensions and system integrations to enhance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary Customer Experience Management team, applying innovative approaches and fostering continuous learning.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
