Requirements

IMPORTANT: Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and legal authorization to work in Portugal are required.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or similar;
• Over 3 years of experience with full implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement;
• Experience designing technical solutions;
• Solid knowledge of modules such as Field Services, Customer Services, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Insights;
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse, SQL Server);
• Proven experience developing workflows, business process flows, plugins, web resources, XRM Toolbox, and using CRM SDK;
• Familiarity with system integrations, data migration, and API development;
• Good spoken and written English skills.
