Responsibilities:

1. Definition of Functional and Nonfunctional Requirements
2. Continuously research and learn the latest configuration and best practices of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and then bring these configurations to life.
3. Assist in developing design specifications as well as providing demos (live, documentation, and presentations) of the solution to the business
4. Work directly with customers to establish
   - level solution and architecture.
5. Work directly with/in agile teams to implement the solution.
6. Lead the technical team, providing guidance, best practices, and mentoring to developers.
7. Ensure code quality, security, and scalability by enforcing development standards and reviewing implementations.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business needs and
   - term goals.
9. Drive innovation and propose architectural improvements to optimize the platform's performance and maintainability.

Minimum requirements:

1. > 5 years' experience developing D365 solutions with or without existing modules
2. Experience in
   -
   -
   - box components and modules
3. Overall experience in Microsoft Power Platform
4. Strong Java
   Script expertise required
5. . Net Development background
6. Proven experience in a Tech Lead role, leading development teams and driving technical decisions.
7. Strong ability to design scalable and maintainable architectures in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
8. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Dev
   Ops practices.
9. Excellent
   - solving and
   - making skills, with a focus on technical leadership.
10. European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
11. Availability to go to the office once a week.
