Responsibilities:

1. Definition of Functional and Nonfunctional Requirements
2. Continuously research and learn the latest configuration and best practices of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and implement these configurations
3. Assist in developing design specifications and provide demos (live, documentation, and presentations) of the solution to the business
4. Work directly with customers to establish
   - level solution architecture
5. Collaborate with agile teams to implement solutions
6. Lead the technical team, providing guidance, best practices, and mentoring to developers
7. Ensure code quality, security, and scalability by enforcing development standards and reviewing implementations
8. Work with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business needs and
   - term goals
9. Drive innovation and propose architectural improvements to optimize platform performance and maintainability

Minimum Requirements:

• More than 5 years' experience developing D365 solutions, with or without existing modules
• Experience with
  -
  -
  - box components and modules
• Overall experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong Java
  Script expertise
• . Net development background
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, leading development teams and making technical decisions
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable architectures in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Dev
  Ops practices
• Excellent
  - solving and
  - making skills, focused on technical leadership
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Residency
• Availability to go to the office once a week
