Responsibilities:

1. Define Functional and Nonfunctional Requirements.
2. Research and implement the latest configurations and best practices of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
3. Develop design specifications and demonstrate solutions through demos, documentation, and presentations.
4. Work directly with customers to establish
   - level solutions and architecture.
5. Collaborate with agile teams to implement solutions.
6. Lead the technical team, providing guidance, mentoring, and enforcing standards.
7. Ensure code quality, security, and scalability.
8. Align technical decisions with business needs and goals.
9. Drive innovation and propose architectural improvements.

Minimum requirements:

1. Over 5 years' experience developing D365 solutions.
2. Experience with
   -
   -
   - box components and modules.
3. Experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
4. Strong Java
   Script skills.
5. . Net development background.
6. Proven Tech Lead experience.
7. Ability to design scalable architectures in Dynamics 365.
8. Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and Dev
   Ops.
9. Excellent
   - solving skills.
10. EU Citizenship or Portuguese Work Visa/Residency.
11. Availability to work once a week in the office.
