We are seeking ERP Consultants with backgrounds in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or Retail, interested in entering the Microsoft Consulting world. Ideally, you will have 3+ years’ experience in ERP projects. Whether you are already skilled in any ERP system, our bootcamp will help you learn and apply your previous experience in this new role. We will also provide training and certifications on Microsoft's D365 ERP product to elevate your career.

This program is ideal if you have:

• Exposure to ERP as a Functional Consultant in any ERP system
• A desire to train on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
• 3+ years’ experience as an ERP Consultant
• A good understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Human Resources, or Retail projects
• A good level of written and spoken English

After completing the Academy, you will join our ERP team as an ERP Consultant working across Iberia (Spain and Portugal). The
- time training cycle combines theoretical modules with practical work, supervised by ERP experts from Avanade. During training, you will work with the latest ERP technologies in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or Retail, while earning Microsoft certifications in D365.

The academy lasts 4-6 weeks, starting September 2025.
