About the role

Being a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst at Unipartner comes with an exciting & challenging role.

As a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst, you will collaborate on the development and implementation of CRM solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes using Dynamics 365 (CRM), ensuring that systems and solutions meet the needs of the business and end users.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from business areas to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions within Dynamics 365 (CRM).
• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for customizations, integrations, and reporting within the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc. , according to business requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, from conception to final delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate closely with development and support teams to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and on time.
• Provide training and ongoing support to
  - users to ensure effective adoption of the platform.
• Stay updated on new features and updates in Dynamics 365, suggesting improvements and innovations as needed.
• Conduct quality assurance testing (UAT) and assist in troubleshooting issues and incidents during platform usage.

We are looking for a bright talent with a minimum of :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role;
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions within the platform.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, entity configuration, business processes, workflows, and security.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc. ) and experience working with both development and business teams.

Soft & Other Skills

• Ability to work in stressful environments.
• Strong sense of responsibility, dynamism and proactivity.
• Strong training skills and the ability to provide ongoing support to

• Good communication skills
